June 2025

Dear Investor,

We are pleased to share some exciting developments at Elsight since our last update.

Building on strong momentum, we recently secured additional contracts from a prominent European defence contractor customer. These repeat orders underscore the proven reliability and exceptional performance of our Halo platform in mission-critical environments. You’ll find both related ASX announcements linked below for your reference.

In a major strategic step, Elsight has been selected to join the prestigious Northrop Grumman Accelerator program. Chosen as one of the eight winners from a competitive pool of 225 applicants, this achievement highlights growing recognition of our technology among top-tier U.S. defense players, a market we have long targeted as a key growth frontier.

Beyond Elsight, the global defence landscape continues to prioritize unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as a central force multiplier. Notably, the U.K. government has announced the delivery of 100,000 drones to Ukraine, while in the U.S., President Trump recently signed an Executive Order reinforcing UAVs’ role in U.S. national security policy.

More details and insights can be found in the sections that follow.

Best regards,

IR Team
